Down, but not out.

Sorry for the temporary hiatus with my site. Over the past week or so Simeon has been working on switching over to a new server, so the site was unavailable. Even when it was visible to all of you out in cyber space, I was unable to blog. Hence the lack of new entries.

One would think that since I have not written in sometime, there would be plenty of things to comment on, however I can’t seem to recall anything momentous that has happened to me lately.

As for minor things, this is what I have been up to (there may be extended entries on some of them in the future, but for now I am just going to create a list):

  • Over Memorial Day weekend, I went to Seaside and visited my mother’s freshly build new home.
  • I painted my bedroom “Belgian Waffle” (can’t you just visualize it?).
  • I sadly celebrated my friend Ally’s last day at work in my office.
  • I went to the doctor’s to follow up from my surgery and she said I can resume regular activities with the exception of the weight restriction which will be for another three weeks.
  • Along with Simeon, Megan, Nick and Aaron, I watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
  • I studied for my securities license. I just finished reading the whole book, now I just need to work on knowing it front to back!
  • I helped my Dad and Susie get online (finally!) and played a relaxing game of Solo.
  • Yesterday I met up with Jason, one of my friends from University of Portland, for lunch to catch up.
  • Last night Simeon and I went to watch my niece Emily play softball, but the other team never showed up so we all just went out for dinner.

And, that about sums it up. It sounds like a lot, but keep in mind it is all I have done in the past three weeks, other than sleep and work. What an exciting life I lead!
